1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing tickets through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All ticket sales are final upon confirmation of payment.

2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking
• E-tickets must be presented (printed or on mobile device) at the entrance
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced

3. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
• Promotional prices are subject to availability and may change without notice
• The discount displayed is compared to standard walk-up prices

4. Age Categories

• Adult: 12 years and above
• Child: 3-11 years
• Senior: 65 years and above
• Free Entry: Children under 3 years

Valid ID may be required to verify age at the attraction.

5. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Attraction closure due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances
• Technical issues preventing ticket validation

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled visit date.

6. Visitor Conduct
